Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply to the TeleBot Builder hosted software, not to individual Telegram shops run by our clients.
1. The service
TeleBot Builder is software that lets you operate Telegram bots that sell digital products. We provide shared infrastructure. You operate your shop, products, customers and merchant payment accounts.
2. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email and keep credentials confidential. Super Admin access is granted only by a secure bootstrap process, never by self-serve registration.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly according to the plan table in the product. If a subscription expires past its grace period, new customer purchases pause. We retain your catalog, orders and unused inventory according to our retention practice; we do not delete inventory merely because a plan lapsed.
4. Your content and bots
You are responsible for the legality of products you list, the accuracy of stock, and the Telegram bots you connect. You must have the right to use any BotFather token you paste into the dashboard.
5. Payments
Shop checkout funds go to merchant accounts you connect. Platform subscription fees go to TeleBot Builder. We do not treat a browser redirect as proof of payment. Live collection requires configured providers and explicit platform activation.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the platform, other tenants, or payment providers.
7. Disclaimers
The software is provided as-is. Telegram delivery, third-party payment APIs and blockchain confirmation times are outside our exclusive control. Nothing here is financial, legal or investment advice.
