Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply to the TeleBot Builder hosted software, not to individual Telegram shops run by our clients.
Not allowed
- Selling illegal goods, stolen credentials, malware, or content that exploits minors.
- Using the platform to phish, spam Telegram users, or evade provider risk rules.
- Attempting to access another tenant's data, bot tokens, or payment credentials.
- Uploading inventory that contains third-party login passwords you do not have rights to distribute.
- Collecting other people's 2FA/OTP codes through ordinary bot forms.
Fair use of shared infrastructure
Broadcasts and notifications are rate-limited. Circumventing plan limits, forging payment webhooks, or marking orders paid by editing database rows is prohibited — the server will reject it.
Enforcement
We may pause bots, suspend a workspace, or disable a payment method when this policy or a provider's rules are broken. Order history is preserved.
