Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply to the TeleBot Builder hosted software, not to individual Telegram shops run by our clients.

Data we store

Account emails, workspace membership, bot configuration (including encrypted tokens), product catalogs, encrypted inventory payloads, orders, customer Telegram identifiers, and payment metadata required to reconcile transactions.

Isolation

Each client's shop data is stored with tenant ownership and row-level security. Staff see only their workspace. Super Admins can operate the platform but merchant secrets are stored encrypted and are not shown in plaintext in the admin UI.

When a buyer talks to your bot, Telegram delivers updates to our runtime. We store the buyer's Telegram user id, chat id, name and order history for that bot only. The same person has a separate customer record in every shop.

Payments

We store provider references, amounts and statuses. Secret merchant keys are encrypted at rest. We do not store card PAN data. We do not ask for cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys.

Retention

You may request account closure. Financial ledgers are append-only and may be retained where we must keep a record of money movement. Unused inventory is not deleted solely because a subscription expired.
