Refund Policy

Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply to the TeleBot Builder hosted software, not to individual Telegram shops run by our clients.

Platform subscriptions

Monthly TeleBot Builder fees cover software access for the billed period. If a charge was duplicated by a provider error, contact us with the invoice number. Discretionary goodwill refunds, if any, are credited by a Super Admin and recorded as a grant — they are not automatically treated as revenue.

Shop orders

Purchases inside a merchant's Telegram bot are between the buyer and that merchant. TeleBot Builder is not the seller of those digital goods. Merchants may refund to the customer wallet from their dashboard; that does not reverse the original provider payout unless the merchant handles it with their payment provider.

Digital goods

Once a unique inventory unit (license, account, code) has been delivered, it generally cannot be restocked as unused. Merchants should state their own shop refund rules in the bot support message.
